a) Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be dry, clean, sound, and free of dust. Remove any oil, dirt, or materials that may reduce adhesion, and scrape off mortar or cement residues. Surface defects deeper than 1 cm should be repaired with Repair Mortars 6–8 hours before application. Use Structural Repair Mortars where necessary. If required, dampen the surface with water. After cleaning, prime the surface with a single coat of Multi-Purpose Primer to increase adhesion and balance surface absorbency, and allow 1–2 hours for drying. For aerated concrete surfaces, apply Multi-Purpose Primer before plastering to reduce water absorption. For raw concrete surfaces, apply a single coat of Raw Concrete Primer to enhance adhesion and allow a minimum of 3 hours for drying.
b) Product Preparation:
For 35 kg of Fine Plaster (Grey-White), add approximately 8–9 liters of clean water and mix thoroughly, preferably with a low-speed mixer, until lump-free. Allow the prepared mortar to rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix for 1–2 minutes before use. Consume the mixture within 2–3 hours.
c) Application Method:
After applying the plaster with a steel trowel, level the surface with a straightedge. The application thickness should be between 2 mm and 7 mm. Once the plaster releases its water, finish the surface by troweling and make final adjustments with a damp sponge.
