- To object to outcomes that may negatively affect the individual resulting solely from the analysis of processed data through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case personal data is processed unlawfully and causes harm.
Individuals may exercise these rights by submitting a written request to Tanchem Construction Chemicals at the contact address below or by email. Tanchem Construction Chemicals will process the request free of charge within 30 days from the date of receipt and inform the applicant. If the requested action incurs a cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
