a) Surface Preparation:
The surface must be dry, clean, solid, and free of dust. Remove any oil, dirt, or materials that may reduce adhesion. Scrape off remnants such as mortar or cement residues. Surface defects deeper than 2 cm should be repaired with Repair Mortar at least 24 hours before application. In cases requiring structural repair, use Structural Repair Mortar.

b) Product Preparation:
For 25 kg of 301 Board Fix Thermal Insulation Board Adhesive, add approximately 6–7 liters of clean water and mix thoroughly, preferably with a low-speed mixer, until a lump-free consistency is obtained. Allow the prepared mortar to rest for 5–10 minutes to mature, then remix for 1–2 minutes before use. The mixture should be consumed within 2 hours.

c) Application Method:
If the surface is uneven, apply 301 Board Fix continuously along the four edges of the insulation board and in three mounds in the center. Ensure that adhesive does not overflow at the edges. If the surface is very smooth, apply 301 Board Fix to the back of the board using a notched trowel (10×10 mm). During application, ensure that 301 Board Fix does not form a surface film. Anchor the insulation boards at least 24 hours after bonding, and then apply plaster using Thermal Insulation Mortar.
