• For interior and exterior applications, both horizontal and vertical,
• For bonding ceramic, granite, cotto, pressed brick, porcelain, glass mosaic, marble, natural and composite stones to any type of substrate (cement-based surfaces, concrete, precast concrete elements, plaster, etc.)
• As an adhesive on primed chipboard, OSB, PVC, and metal surfaces (interior use only),
• For bonding ceramic tiles on primed surfaces affected by temperature changes, such as plasterboard, plaster, insulation panels, and aerated concrete,
• Suitable for wet areas such as swimming pools, water tanks, bathrooms, etc,
• For underfloor heated floors, heated pools, thermal pools, and swimming pools not drained during winter,
• For wall and floor cladding in cold storage rooms,
• Ideal for exterior façade applications, renovations, repairs, and ceramic-on-ceramic installations, providing excellent results.

• High bonding strength.
• S2 class flexibility provides resistance to surface stresses caused by sudden temperature changes.
• Resistant to all climatic conditions.
• Non-slip on vertical surfaces.
• Extended open time.
• Easy to comb with a notched trowel.

a) Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be solid, dry, load-bearing, dust-free, clean, and level. All residues such as oil, grease, rust, and paraffin must be thoroughly removed, and no loose particles should remain. Defective areas with depths of 5–20 mm should be repaired with Repair Mortar at least two days prior to application. If the substrate temperature exceeds +25°C, the surface should be moistened.

Plaster-Based Surface,
Highly absorbent surfaces such as plasterboard, plaster, aerated concrete, lime plaster, and chipboard should be primed. Adhesive application can begin 5 minutes after priming.

PVC Based Surfaces,
Existing PVC coverings must be firmly bonded to the substrate. All materials that reduce adhesion should be removed, and the surface should be sanded and primed with primer.

Metal Surfaces,
Interior metal surfaces (steel, aluminum, etc.) must be properly fixed to prevent movement. The surface must be free from rust, dirt, dust, and grease, and primed before adhesive application.

Wood Chip-Based Surfaces (OSB and Chipboards),
Wood chipboards must have a maximum moisture content of 10%. Boards applied on floors (V100) must be at least 25 mm thick, and on walls at least 19 mm. Boards should be screwed to the substrate at 30 cm intervals. Edge joints must be at least 8 mm wide. Grooves at the joints should be filled with Joint Filler Putty. In dry environments, wood chipboards should be primed. For boards exposed to moisture (e.g., exterior applications), apply two layers of Fully Flexible Waterproofing Membrane reinforced with mesh.

b) Product Preparation:
Measure the required amount of clean water and pour it into a mixing container. Slowly add 125 Pro Highflex S2 while mixing with a low-speed mixer (400–600 rpm) for 3–5 minutes until a uniform, lump-free mixture is obtained. After resting for approximately 3–5 minutes, remix for 30 seconds; the material is then ready for use.

c) Application Method:
Apply a 1 mm thick layer of 125 Pro Highflex S2 onto the substrate using the smooth side of the trowel. Within the open time of 30 minutes, spread 125 Pro Highflex S2 with the notched side of the trowel in a single direction to achieve uniform thickness, over an area that can be covered within this period. For tiles or granite of varying thicknesses, or to compensate for uneven substrates, it is recommended to apply a 1 mm layer of adhesive mortar to the back of each tile or granite piece. While placing tiles or granite, ensure full contact with the adhesive by slightly sliding them in the mortar. Leave appropriate joint gaps according to tile or granite size. For filling the joints, Tanchem Joint Fillers should be used. Joint grouting can be started approximately 24 hours after installation.
