Students who wish to intern at our company can apply by completing our Internship Application Form. Our Human Resources Department selects candidates based on the number of students needed for each internship period, the relevant professional fields, the required qualifications (knowledge, skills, foreign language proficiency, computer experience), and the content of available project-based tasks.

If applications exceed the available quota, priority is given to students who are in their final year and are required to complete an internship as part of their education.

Competency-Based Recruitment and Placement System:

At Tanchem Construction Chemicals Ltd., we implement a Competency-Based Recruitment and Placement process to select candidates with the potential to drive our future growth.
Competency-Based Interview: The HR department conducts an interview to assess the candidate’s alignment with required competencies.
Technical Interview: The relevant department manager evaluates the candidate’s suitability for the job description and technical requirements.
Additional Assessments: Candidates who pass the interviews may be required to complete personality inventories and English language tests.
Reference Checks & Job Offer: Candidates who successfully complete all stages undergo reference checks, after which a job offer is extended.
