• For interior and exterior applications,
• For plastering thermal insulation boards (expanded polystyrene – EPS, extruded polystyrene – XPS, stone wool, polyurethane boards, etc.)

• Easy to apply, provides excellent adhesion.
• Water- and frost-resistant.
• Unaffected by temperature variations.
• Flexible.
• Provides high stability; does not sag or crack.
• Vapor-permeable, allowing the surface to breathe.
• Can be directly painted over.

a) Surface Preparation:
The substrate and insulation boards must be solid and free of dust, oil, tar, paint, silicone, curing compounds, detergents, and mold-release oils or any substances that may reduce adhesion. The boards to be plastered must be firmly in place, and gaps between them should be filled with Multi-Purpose Polyurethane Foam or the same material.

b) Product Preparation:
For 25 kg of 302 Board Plast Fiber-Reinforced Thermal Insulation Plaster Mortar (Thick), add approximately 6–7 liters of clean water and mix thoroughly, preferably with a low-speed mixer, until a lump-free consistency is obtained. Allow the prepared mortar to rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix for 1–2 minutes before use. The mixture should be consumed within 2 hours.

c) Application Method:
At least 24 hours after fastening the insulation boards with anchors, apply the first coat of plaster on the boards using a trowel at approximately 2–3 mm thickness. While the applied mortar is still fresh, press the Plaster Mesh into the mortar from top to bottom to embed it. After approximately 6 hours, moisten the surface and apply the second coat of plaster (2–3 mm thick) over the mesh, leveling the surface for painting. To prevent cracking, overlap the mesh by 10 cm at joints. Depending on weather conditions and application thickness, wait 2–3 days before painting. If temperatures are high after application, moisten the surface until the cement sets.
