• For interior and exterior use on primed concrete surfaces, primed aerated concrete, and walls or ceilings with any type of rough plaster applied.
• Provides a smooth surface.
• Can be used without painting due to its white color.
• Enhances the overall appearance of the building.
• Reduces paint consumption.
• Saves time and labor.
• Ensures high adhesion to the surface, resulting in less material loss compared to traditional plaster.
• Provides high adhesion and stability; does not sag.
• Being factory-prepared, ensures consistent quality compared to traditional plaster.
• More durable against exterior conditions than traditional plaster.
a) Surface Preparation:
The surface must be dry, clean, sound, and free of dust. Oil, dirt, or any material that may prevent adhesion should be removed, and mortar or cement residues must be scraped off. Surface defects deeper than 1 cm should be repaired with Repair Mortars 6–8 hours before application. In cases requiring structural repair, Structural Repair Mortars should be used. If necessary, moisten the surface with water. After cleaning, apply a single coat of Multipurpose Primer to increase adhesion and balance surface absorbency, and let it dry for 1–2 hours. For aerated concrete surfaces, apply Multipurpose Primer before plastering to reduce surface absorbency. For raw concrete surfaces, apply Raw Concrete Primer as a single coat at least 3 hours before plastering to improve adhesion.
b) Product Preparation:
Add approximately 8–9 liters of clean water to 35 kg of Tanchem Fine Plaster (Grey-White) and mix with a low-speed mixer until lump-free. Let the prepared mortar rest for 5–10 minutes to mature, then mix again for 1–2 minutes before use. The prepared mixture should be used within 2–3 hours.
c) Application Method:
After applying the plaster with a steel trowel or machine, level the surface with a screed. The application thickness should be between 2 mm and 7 mm. Once the plaster has released its water, finish the surface with troweling and make final adjustments using a damp sponge.
