Students who wish to intern at our company can apply by completing our Internship Application Form. Our Human Resources Department selects candidates based on the number of students needed for each internship period, the relevant professional fields, the required qualifications (knowledge, skills, foreign language proficiency, computer experience), and the content of available project-based tasks.<\/p>\n

If applications exceed the available quota, priority is given to students who are in their final year and are required to complete an internship as part of their education.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

\nCompetency-Based Interview: The HR department conducts an interview to assess the candidate\u2019s alignment with required competencies.
\nTechnical Interview: The relevant department manager evaluates the candidate\u2019s suitability for the job description and technical requirements.
